This Returns Policy provides you with information on the process and criteria to be used when you need to return your order, request an exchange or refund.

1. Damaged or Defective Pool Tables

  1. a) We are committed to selling and installing only high-quality Pool Tables. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a Pool Table is shipped, during and after installation.
  2. b) If you discover any damages, scratches or any other defects present in your newly installed Pool Table, please contact us within 30 days of installation in order for you to receive a free repair of the noted defects. A replacement table will also be arranged if necessary. Please note that we will require photo or video proof of the damaged Product.
  3. c) Once you notify us of the defects (with reasonable photographic/video proof), we will send one of our technicians to fix the defect within 14 days of your notification.

2. Returns Policy

  1. a) We are happy to accept returns on any Pool Table purchased and installed by us, within a period of 30 days from the date of installation.
  2. b) The Pool Table to be returned must HAVE NOT BEEN ALTERED or DAMAGED and must be accompanied with original Sale Receipts.

3. Return Procedure and Refund

  1. a) If you want to return your Pool Table, you must take reasonable care of it and contact us as soon as possible to arrange a pickup. Please note that you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Pool Table and will be liable for any damages to it until we actually pick it up.
  2. b) We will be able to process your refund within 14 days of us picking up the returned Pool Table. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Please not that original shipping charges which are included in the table price are non-refundable.
